面向中小门窗加工企业的云制造服务平台 被引量:4

摘要 根据我国中小门窗加工企业目前存在的问题和云制造的特点,建立了中小门窗加工企业云制造平台的体系架构,分析了中小门窗加工企业云制造平台的运行模式,提出了中小门窗加工企业云制造平台的服务模式,总结了中小门窗加工企业云制造平台实现的关键技术,并通过应用案例进一步验证了门窗加工业云制造平台对中小企业门窗制造资源的集成以及通过云平台可按需获取制造资源和能力,有助于提高中小门窗加工企业的生产能力。 According to the present problems of doors and windows processing for small and medium-sized enterprises in our country and the characteristics of cloud manufacturing, system architecture of cloud manufacturing platform of doors and windows pro- cessing for small and medium-sized enterprises was established. Operation mode of cloud manufacturing platform of doors and windows processing for small and medium-sized enterprises was analyzed, service mode of cloud manufacturing platform of doors and windows processing for small and medium-sized enterprises was raised, and key technologies of cloud manufacturing platform of doors and win- dows processing for small and medium-sized enterpriseswere summarized. Applying ease further validated the collaborative operation of cloud manufacturing platform of doors and windows manufacturing resources and manufacturing resources, and capabilities can be ac- quired on-demand. All of theseare beneficial to improve the production capacity of small and medium-sized enterprises for doors and windows processing.
