摘要
以变转速泵控马达系统为研究对象,为提高马达转速抗负载干扰能力,以马达转速稳定输出为控制目标,研究变转速泵控马达系统转速方法。建立了变转速泵控马达系统数学模型,以数学模型为基础,提出了基于线性二次型(LQ)的马达转速控制方法。以某企业泵-马达测试试验台为基础,对所提出的控制方法进行仿真与实验研究。结果表明:该方法具有良好的控制效果,实现了马达转速的稳定输出。研究结果为变转速泵控马达系统的应用奠定了的理论与实践基础。
Taking the variable speed pump control motor system as the research object, in order to improve motor speed anti-load disturbance capability. The speed control method on variable speed pump control motor system was researched. Mathematical models for variable speed pump control motor system were established. The method on linear quadratic (LQ) was proposed based on mathematical models. The simulation and experimental study were conducted based on a company pump-motor test platform. The results show that the control method has good control effect, can achieve stable output of motor speed. The research can lay theory and practice foundation for application of variable speed pump control motor system.
