摘要 为了提高液压系统中流量和压力的控制精度,消除流量、压力的相互干扰影响,提出了流量和压力闭环PID控制策略。将测量值与设定值的差值输入PID控制器,调节PID控制器输出控制电压值来整定系统实际流量和压力。通过改变交流伺服电机转速调整系统实际流量,改变磁粉制动器的加载力矩调整系统实际压力。实验结果表明:流量和压力闭环控制策略控制效果好,抗扰动能力强。 In order to improve the control preeision and eliminate the mutual interferenee effect of flow and pressure in the hydraulic system, the closed-loop PID control strategy of flow and pressure was proposed. The difference between the measured value and the set value was inputted PID controller, and the system actual flow and pressure was adjusted by the voltage outputted value of PID controller. The actual flow of the system was adjusted by changing the speed of the AC servo motor. The actual pressure of the system was adjusted by changing the load torque of the magnetic particle brake. The experimental results show that the closed-loop control strat- egy of flow and pressure has good control effect and strong anti disturbance ability.
