摘要
针对贯流风叶动平衡问题,构建了其自动动平衡测量及校正系统,介绍了其不平衡量的测量原理、平衡策略的选择、自动平衡系统的组成及实现过程。构建的自动动平衡系统实现了贯流风叶的自动动平衡测量与校正,并已投入到实际生产运用中。结果表明:该系统极大地提高了贯流风叶产品的合格率,取得了良好的经济效益。
Aimed at the Crnss-flow fan dynamic balancing problem, an automatic dynamic balance measurement and calibration system was proposed, the measuring principle, the balance strategy choice, the composition and realization process of automatic balance system was introduced. The dynamic balance system built for the Cross-flow fan realized the automatic dynamic balance measurement and calibration, and the system was put into actual production use. The results show that the acceptability of cross-flow fan is greatly improved, also the good economic benefits is obtained.
