摘要 提出一种能使系统取得较好性能鲁棒性的内模PID滤波器参数选取方法。由于内模PID中滤波器参数对闭环系统的动态性能影响明显且由Monte-Carlo实验结果可直观看出并评价闭环系统动态性能的优劣,因此通过Monte-Carlo实验来选取滤波器参数可保证系统的性能鲁棒性。将所提出的参数选取方法应用到轧机液压自动位置控制系统中,结果表明:通过该方法选取的滤波器参数可使系统的动态响应具有较小超调和较好的性能鲁棒性,达到理想的控制效果。 A selection method of proportion integration differential (PID) was put forward for filter parameter of Internal model control (IMC) that made system could obtain a good robust performance. Because filter parameter of IMC PID had obvious influences to dynamic performance of closed loop system, and Monte-Carlo test could prove directly the good and bad of dynamic performance of closed loop system, through Monte-Carlo experiment to select filter parameter, the robustness of the system could be guaranteed. The experiment results of application of the proposed method in hydraulic automatic position control system of mill show that selected param- eter can make the dynamic response of system to have a smaller overshoot and better robust performance, resulting an ideally control effect.
