摘要
在云制造环境下,针对分析制造能力过程中存在的制造能力和信息描述的复杂性、抽象性和多样性的问题,在已有的制造能力研究的基础上,对制造能力概念进行了定义,这是分析制造能力的前提和基础;其次,建立了制造能力与信息关系模型——类属关联权重的层次树,对制造能力进行多维地递阶分解与形式化的表示,可为制造能力逐级计算和评估提供信息支持;最后以生产能力为例,建立了其与信息的关系模型,利用该模型中的制造信息计算了性能质量,可分析影响制造能力的质量因素及存在的问题,是综合计算和评估制造能力的组成部分。
Regarding the problem analysis of complexity of manufacturing capacity (MC), fuzziness and abstraction of MC conept, and the difficulty of clearly defining MC due to high volume of information for quantifying MC oriented cloud manufacturing, the definitions of MC concept were presented by combining previous relative research, which are the basis and premise for analyzing MC. Second of all, a relation model of MC and information, hierarchy tree of classes associated with properties based on weight, was established. Based on this, by adopting set theory and hierarchical decomposition methods, MC was formally represented and done the multi dimensions and multi levels decomposition, in details. The method could provide information support for MC calculation and evaluation. Last but not least, the relation model of production capacity as an example and information was established and formally represented, and then performance quality is calculated to analyze the quality factor and quality problems, which is a part of calculating and evaluating manufacturing capacity comprehensively.
