摘要
[目的 /意义]基于科研人员学术成果产出的引进人才评估服务,可以作为高校图书馆服务转型与发展的新方向,本文通过探讨高校图书馆辅助人才评估的方法与成效,推动服务的普及和拓展,为高校图书馆开展类似服务提供参考。[方法 /过程]采用案例分析法,以上海交通大学图书馆为学校引进人才开展的学术产出评估服务作为典型案例,分析服务方法探索过程中指标体系变化的内在原因,针对图书馆遇到的主要问题予以分析、思考,并提出阶段性解决方案。[结果 /结论]总结高校图书馆开展引进人才评估服务过程中需要持续思考的普适性问题:需求驱动如何与需求牵引有机结合,推动服务可持续发展;循序渐进,根据人员配置情况和过程控制有序推进服务范围;持续跟进科技评估的最新理念与进展,并不断寻找理论与实践的最佳结合点。
[ Purpose/significance] Talent evaluation service based on academic achievements could be a new direc- tion of the university library service transformation and development. Through the discussion of the methods and achieve- ments of the auxiliary talents evaluation of the university library, the paper could promotethe popularization and develop- ment of the service, and could provide method reference for the university library to carry out similar service. [ Method/ process ] In this paper, we use the case analysis method, analyze Shanghai Jiao Tong University Library' s service prac- tice, and focus on the propulsion locus, transformation of index system, the key problems, thought process and solutions. [ Result/conclusion] It summarizes the general fitness problems which need to be continue thinking: how to combine the demand driven and demand traction, and promote the sustainable development of the service; step by step, promote the service scope according to the staffing and process control ; follow up the new ideas and progress of science and technology evaluation, and persistent thinking about the best combination of theory and practice constantly.
