摘要
针对目前市场上水晶磨抛机加工质量差、劳动强度大、生产效率低的问题,设计了一台高效多棱面水晶磨抛一体化机床,其数控系统采用台达PLC及人机界面以实现磨抛机的控制。通过人机界面输入水晶各个加工面的加工参数,将其转换成相应脉冲量送到步进电机驱动器,驱动电机对水晶进行加工。降低了人工成本、提高了产品质量和加工效率。
According to the poor quality and low productivity of the crystal grinding and polishing machine on the market, a high effi- ciency multi-faceted crystal grinding and polishing machine is designed in the article. Deiat PLC and HMI are used to control the pol- ishing machine. The processing parameters of the crystal surface are entered through HMI, and converted to corresponding pulse to drive the stepper motor for processing the crystal, thus reducing the labour cost and improving the product quality and processing ef- ficiency.
