摘要 冷却系统是保证整车可靠运行的最重要系统,其作用是使发动机在适宜的温度下运转。冷却系统的正常工作对整车动力性、经济性有着重要影响。很多水温高的案例大部分是由发动机舱的不合理布置引起的,而布置的细节多以工程经验为依据,缺乏全面的系统分析和完备的测试数据,无法对机舱结构设计起到指导作用。以国内主流主机厂的重型卡车作为研究对象,通过道路对比试验,分析发动机舱布置细节对冷却能力的影响,研究整车冷却系统布置要求。 Cooling system is one of the important systems of the vehicle, which is used to ensure that the engine runs under appropriate temperature. It has a significant impact on the vehicle' s running state and economy. There are many cases of high engine operating temperature, most of them are due to the wrong design in the engine compartment. And most of these details are designed only with the engineering experiences, and without the full analysis and complete testing data so it can' t play a guiding role in the design of the engine compartment. This paper takes the heavy trucks made by the leading OEM as an object of study. Through the experiments, it analyses the influence of the design details on the cooling capacity, and studies the requirements of the design.
