基于ANSYS的炭块平面铣床主轴的动态分析

摘要 以有限元分析软件ANSYS为基础,建立了大型炭块平面铣床主轴的有限元模型。进行了模态分析,得出了主轴前5阶固有频率与相应的振型;进行了谐响应分析,得到了主轴的频率位移响应曲线。分析结果表明:主轴在工作情况下不会发生共振,其危险截面在前支承处,为主轴的设计改进提供了理论依据。 Based on ANSYS for FEA software, this paper establishes the finite element model of plane miller spindle for carbon block, Through its dynamic analysis, the first five natural frequencies and mode shapes of the spindle are given, and the response curves are also obtained by analyzing the harmonic response of the spindle. The analytic result shows that the resonance can not appear in its operation. Furthermore, its weakness is at the former bearing point. The theoretical basis is provided for the spindle design.
