摘要 利用三维建模软件Solid Works建立6312轴承的分析模型,通过数据接口导入多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS和有限元分析软件ANSYS中建立刚柔混合模型,对滚动轴承进行了多体动力学仿真,得到了滚动轴承的位移特性曲线。并借助FFT变换得到了各部件的加速度频谱。研究结果对了解滚动轴承的实时状态具有一定的参考价值。 In this paper, 3D model of 6312 bearing is built with Solid Works. Then the 3D model is filed into ADAMS and ANSYS through the data interface in order to build the rigid-flexible model, which is used to do the multi-body dynamic simulation of the rolling bearing and obtain its displacement curve. Meanwhile, the acceleration spectrum is got by FFT transformation. The result of the study is of certain reference value to the real-time state of the rolling bearing.
