基于动车组轴箱体轴承的移载系统结构设计

摘要 动车组转向架上的轴箱体轴承为密封式复式圆锥滚珠轴承,其性能直接影响高速列车的运行速度,在与车轴进行装配前需要对其进行性能检测。而实际工况中将轴承从生产车间、检测车间、装配车间转运时,采用的是没有动力系统的人工手推车,存在劳动强度大,工作效率低、生产安全难以保障等问题。因此设计了动力移载装置系统,并用ABAQUS软件进行有限元分析,分析表明此系统结构具有良好的安全性和可靠性,能够作为轴承移载装置在实际生产车间中使用。 EMU steering rack axle box body is equipped with a sealed type double taper ball bearing. Its performance directly affects the running speed of high-speed train, so it needs to be detected before the assembly. In actual working condition, the bearings are transported amony the production workshop, testing workshop and assembly workshop by trolleys without power system, so the la- bor intensity is high, the work efficiency is low and it is difficult to guarantee the production safety. For this, this paper designs the dynamic load system, and uses the software ABAQUS to do its finite element analysis. The analysis result shows that this system is characteristic of good safety and reliability, which can be used as the bearing load transfer device in the actual production workshop.
