摘要
针对某型号全液压挖掘机,采用仿真软件AMESim,建立了包括挖掘机的工作装置、液压系统、发动机以及驾驶员等机电液一体化的仿真模型,通过零部件的台架实验获得了系统主要参数,并采用整机试验的方法对模型进行了修正和参数的校核。通过仿真与实验结果的对比分析误差在5%以内,证明了这种建模方法准确有效,并真实的反应出挖掘机循环工况的油耗和效率,能够在实际应用中取代部分整机试验、减少实验费用、缩短挖掘机开发周期,对挖掘机整机开发和设计具有指导意义。
This paper uses the AMESim simulation software to build the whole excavator model, including engine, mechanical structure, hydraulic system and driver. The major parameters are gotten by the hydraulic experiment. And the experimental method is used to correct the model and check the parameters. By comparison with experimental results, the error of simulation results is under 5%. And it is proved that this method is effective. It also reflects the economy and efficiency of the excavator in the work cycle. This method can be used to take the place of some experiments, thus reducing the cost and shortening its development cycle. It is of the guiding significance to its development and design.
