摘要
压铸件产品的飞边一直是影响压铸件产品质量的一个重要因素,为实现压铸件飞边的自动化去除,设计了一套基于机器人的高速切削系统。利用机器人进行高速切削,并对高速切削工艺参数进行研究。采用单因素试验法对铝铸件进行了铣削试验,分析了在工件坐标系中三方向分力随着切削用量的变换规律。其结果可为基于机器人的高速切削系统的设计提供一定的参考,也可为基于机器人的高速切削系统在实际切削时的切削用量选用提供借鉴。
The flying side of the die castings is always an important factor which has influence on the quality of the die castings. To achieve the goal of the automatic removal of its flying edges, this paper designs a robot with high-speed cutting system, studies the technological parameters of high speed machining, which is needed in developing the robot, uses the single factor test method to do the milling test on aluminum castings and analyzes the change law of cutting forces in workpiece coordinate system. The results can provide a reference for the design of the robot with the high speed cutting system and the selection of its cutting dosage.
