摘要
研究了阀控液压缸系统的力控制,以实现精确的力控制响应和高效率。将解耦合自组织模糊滑动模式控制器应用在阀控液压缸系统力控制,控制器设计结合模糊控制、滑动模式控制及解耦合控制应用于系统。实验结果显示,以解耦合自组织模糊滑动模式控制实现了力的控制,验证了控制系统的优越性,具有更佳的力控制响应,能源利用率提高30%以上。
The paper studies force control in hydraulic valve-controlled cylinder system, in order to achieve accurate force control response and high efficiency. The decoupling self-organizing fuzzy sliding-mode controller is used for this control system. The experimental results show its outstanding performance of the parallel control. In comparison with conventional valve-controlled systems, the integrated control system can be used with the proposed algorithms to achieve better force control response and significant energy-saving effect.
