摘要
飞机部件数字化装配测量环境布置包括测量点的布置设计和测量设备的位置摆放等。以左外翼与中央翼对接装配为对象论述了数字化装配测量环境的构建要素,包括:装配场所地坪上的公共观测点(地标点)、装配对象上的测量点(基准点)、装配工艺装备即数控定位执行器上的测量点(ERS点)的布置设计、激光跟踪仪的位置确定等,为飞机数字化装配技术在工程上的应用奠定基础。
This paper builds the measurement environment for digital assembly of aircraft components, including position of measuring points and measuring installations. It also takes the digital assembly of centre wing and outer wing as a research example to expound element of the digital assembly measurement environment, including the position of the public observation points of the assembly field (label processing of land) and the measuring points of assembly target (reference points), assembly process equipment( ERS points) and laser tracker. The technical base is provided for the engineering application of the aircraft digital assembly technology.
