摘要
通过对各种类型陶瓷原材料煅烧后白度值进行分析与研究。同时笔者对检测白度全过程中的每一步骤进行探讨,从样品颗粒是否均匀、不同的粉碎方法、颗粒大小、不同的煅烧温度等因素分析了陶瓷原材料煅烧后白度偏差的原因。提出了尽可能统一的方法,使其原材料煅烧后白度值能够真实体现其特征,为陶瓷企业的生产与研发提供可靠的依据。
This article is mainly the analysis and research about a lot all kinds of ceramic raw materials' calcined whiteness. At the same time the author has made the discussion of whiteness for the whole detection. The discussion is about the difference of whiteness through the sample particles uniform, different grinding methods, particle size and different calcination temperature. Then we can give a same way to express the ture calcined raw material whiteness and offer ceramic company some ways to do some research and production.
