压电陶瓷K_(0.5)Na_(0.52)Nb_(1-x)Sb_xO_3的制备研究

摘要 采用固相烧结法制备无铅压电陶瓷K_(0.5)Na_(0.52)Nb_(1-x)Sb_xO_3,其掺杂量x取值分别为0、0.02、0.03、0.04、0.05、0.06,对其进行相关性能和常数测定。通过相关试验及测定得出结论:烧结温度为1 140℃时,掺杂水平x为0.02,样品的压电常数d_(33)=111pC/N,介电常数ε_r=1 200,机械品质因数Q_m=10,机电耦合系数kp=0.387,介电损耗tanδ=0.11,该压电陶瓷具有良好的压电性能和铁电性。 This paper uses solid state sintered technology to prepare leadless piezoceramics K0.5Na0.52Nb1-xSbxO3, where level of doping x values respectively 0, 0.02, 0.03, 0.04, 0.05, 0.06 and perform measurement of relevant performance and constant. Through relevant test and measurement, it is not hard to conclude: when firing temperature is 1140℃, level of doping x is 0.02, the piezoceramic modulus of sample d33 is 111 pC/N, value of permittivity εr is 1 200, mechanical quality factor Qm is 10, electro-mechanical coupling factor kp is 0.387, dielectric losses tan3 is 0.11, which means that it is successful to develop piezoceramics with excellent piezoelectric property and ferroelectricity.
