基于相容关系协调下群体意见集结方法

The Coordination Method of Group Opinion Based on Compatibility Relation

针对多属性群体决策问题中群体偏好一致性达成的问题,文章基于群体判断相容关系的专家意见协调机制,提出了一种新的专家赋权思路。首先定义群体意见的相容关系,专家在对每个方案的各属性的评价基础上进行相容归类;通过专家隶属的意见相容集,依据在各方案指标中的相容程度进行赋权,并对相容程度较低的专家意见进行修正。

For multi-attribute group decision-making problems in the group preference of a consistency problem,this paper puts forward compatibility relation based on expert opinion coordination mechanism as a new kind of expert in coordination of process.First,defining the compatible relationship of group opinion,then evaluating various properties of each scheme based on compatibility to classify.Second,through the expert belonging to the opinions of the compatible set,firstly put forward the methods for experts weight distribution in the compatibility degree.At the same time to revise the opinion of expert.Finally using a instance analysis to show the feasibility and practicability of this method.
