摘要
复杂建设项目参建单位众多,界面关系复杂,实施过程的界面管理水平对项目成功具有决定性影响。在构建复杂建设项目实施过程界面管理指标体系的基础上,从项目实体界面、合同界面、组织界面和进度界面四个维度出发,采用模糊网络分析法构建界面管理水平测度模型,并以南宁火车东站项目群的建设过程为例进行实证研究。
There are so many participants with complicated relationships that interface management level of implement stage became a determining factor for project success.Based on interface management indicators of complex construction projects,aninterfacemanagement measurement model including project entity interface,contracts interface,organizational interface and schedule interface was proposed by FANP method,and then an empirical studyfromNanning railway eastern station was applied to test the model.At last,some interface management strategies were proposed for complex construction project implement stage based on research and practice,and could act as reference to manage large civil infrastructure projects.
