摘要
文章在对我国省域金融开放水平进行测度的基础上,结合地理相邻、地理距离和经济距离三种空间权重矩阵对2004—2015年我国大陆31省域的金融开放水平及其地区差异进行了考察,并对金融开放的空间格局进行了具体分析,研究发现:第一,我国总体金融开放水平不高,需推动金融市场双向开放。第二,我国省域金融开放水平存在较强的空间联系,而且这种空间联系受省域间经济联系的影响逐渐增强;第三,金融开放水平的区域分布不平衡,且表现出明显的区域集聚特征。
On the basis of measuring China＇s provincial financial openness,this paper examines the level and spatial patterns as well as the regional differences of 31 the provincial financial openness in China during the years from 2004 to 2015 with three kinds of spatial weight matrix（these are geographical proximity,geographical distance and economic distance spatial weight matrices）,and then puts forward relevant policy recommendations.This study finds that：first,the overall level of financial openness in China is not high,we need to promote opening financial markets;second,there exists strong spatial and temporal relationship of China＇s provincial level of financial openness,which is increased gradually with the growing effects of the economic relationship between the provinces;the third,regional distribution of the level of financial openness is uneven and has obvious regional agglomeration characteristics.
