针刺夹脊穴治疗颈椎病的现状分析

颈椎病已经成为现代生活中的常见病,并且随着生活和工作方式的改变其发病趋势逐年上升,愈来愈多的人开始关注如何更加有效的治疗颈椎病。采用中医针灸治疗颈椎病安全可靠并且疗效优于手术等西医的治法。夹脊穴是经外奇穴,共34个穴位,在临床中应用广泛且疗效显著。人们将颈椎棘突下旁开0.5寸的穴位也归为夹脊穴即颈夹脊穴,同时将它应用到临床实验和研究中取得了可靠的疗效。本综述总结了颈椎病的研究现状,包括病因分析、治疗方法和针刺颈夹脊穴在治疗该病上的优势。

Cervical spondylosis has become a common disease in modern life, the incidence of which increases year by year with the change of life and work style, and an increasing number of people begin to focus on to how to treat cervical vertebra disease more effectively. Traditional Chinese acupuncture is safe and reliable and has better curative effect than western medicine therapy such as surgery in the treatment of cervical vertebra. Jiaji point is an extra nerve point with 34 points, which is widely applied in clinical and has significant effects. The point, 0.5 inch next to the place under cervical spine, is also classified as Jiaji point, that is cervical Jiaji point, which has been applied in clinical experiment and research and has obtained reliable effect. In this paper, we summarized the research status of cervical spondylosis, including cause analysis, treatment methods and the advantages of acupuncture on cervical Jiaji point in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.
