自贸试验区建设背景下闽台人才协同开发研究

Research on Talent Collaborative Development between Fujian and Taiwan under the Background of Pilot Free Trade Zone

福建和台湾的人才开发具有一定的互补优势,福建自贸试验区的建设给闽台人才协同开发带来了驱动效应,文章构建了以福建自贸试验区为核心平台的闽台人才协同开发模式,促进闽台高校在自贸试验区的科学研究与师生互派,深化闽台企业在自贸试验区的员工培训与人才交流,加强闽台行业协会在自贸试验区的信息交流与中介服务,并提出具体的实施措施与建议。

The talent development of Fujian and Taiwan has certain complementary advantages, the construction of Fujian Pilot Free Trade Zone brought driven effect to talent collaborative development between Fujian and Taiwan, this paper constructed the collaborative development model between Fujian and Taiwan taking Fujian Pilot Free Trade Zone as the core platform, and promote the scientific re- search and exchange of teachers and students between Fujian and Taiwan universities in Fujian Pilot Free Trade Zone, deepen the em- ployee training and talent exchange between Fujian and Taiwan enterprises in Fujian Pilot Free Trade Zone, strengthen the exchange of information and intermediary services between Fujian and Taiwan industry association in Fujian Free Trade Zone, and puts forward some concrete measures and suggestions for implementation.
