摘要
针对输电线路传统防雷装置的局限性,研制了一种新型输电线路雷击闪络限制装置,有效地整合了传统线路避雷器及并联间隙的优势。以新型110 k V输电线路雷击闪络限制器为例,设计了产品相关技术参数及安装结构,通过理论分析和仿真计算,从防雷性能、电气性能、机械性能等方面论述了研制的可行性。理论计算结果表明,该装置的电气性能良好,满足绝缘配合及爬电距离要求;机械性能可靠,抗弯、抗拉能力显著。仿真结果表明,该装置钳位效果明显,能够显著提高杆塔的反击、绕击耐雷水平,可靠保护杆塔。
In order to solve the problems of traditional lightning protection device, a new type lightning arresters is developed, which possesses both the function of traditional arresters and parallel gap. In the paper, taking 110 kV product for an example, the key technical parameters and installation structure are introduced. Combined with the lightning protection performance, electrical performance, and mechanical performance, the feasiability has been discussed. Through theoretical analysis, the electrical performance and mechanical performance of the new product are both reliable, and to satisfy the insulation coordination and creepage distance requirements. The bending strength and tension strength are strong enough. The simulation results indicate that the voltage clamped effect is apparent and the new product can significantly improve the withstand level of back-flashover and shielding failure, and can protect the tower from lightning.
