摘要
特高压直流换流阀多重阀单元(MVU)冲击电压试验为型式试验的一部分,四重阀的MVU冲击试验具有试验回路大、试品数量多、试验成本高等不足。为解决上述问题,国内外学者研究设计了模拟负载,并提出基于模拟负载的MVU冲击试验方法。文中对采用该方法得到的试验数据进行分析,得出如下结论:基于模拟负载的MVU操作冲击试验科学可靠;基于模拟负载的MVU雷电冲击试验,在阀两侧并联电容可改善模拟负载电压波形;基于模拟负载的MVU冲击电压试验,需进行总试验电压及模拟负载电压的差值运算,防止阀承受过高电压导致晶闸管级损坏;同时提出单阀电位分布监测对MVU冲击试验具有一定指导意义。
The test is a part of type test which is UHVDC converter valve multiple valve unit (MVU) impulse volt- age test. MVU impulse test based on quadruple valve has some problems, such as large size test circuit, more test objects, high test cost and so on. In order to solve the above problems, simulation load (SL) has been designed by scholars at home and abroad, and the MVU impulse test method based on SL is put forward. The test data from MVU impulse test based on SL is analyzed in this paper, and some conclusions are drawn as follows: the MVU switching impulse voltage test based on SL is scientific and reliable: to improve the SL voltage waveforrn the valve is needed to be connected in parallel with a suitable capacitor when MVU lightning impulse is based on SL: it is necessary to avoid thyristor level age and the SL voltage when the monitoring has a certain guidance damage due to high voltage that difference is calculated between the whole volt- MVU impulse test based on SL is operated, and the valve potential distribution significance to MVU impulse test.
