基于有限元法的液压支架刚柔多体动力学仿真

摘要 通过三维建模及有限元模态分析得到液压支架底座的自由模态。以刚柔多体动力学理论为基础,将Nastran提供的模态中性文件导入ADAMS中,建立底座为柔性体的液压支架刚柔多体动力学仿真模型。分析液压支架在随机载荷作用下底座最大等效应力值、各节点时域应力变化曲线及瞬时等效应力分布图,找到应力较大的部位分布。该动力学仿真对研究液压支架的优化设计和试验研究有重要的意义。 The free modal of hydraulic support base was obtained through 3D modeling and finite element modal analysis. Based on rigid-flexible multi-body dynamics theory, the modal neutral file which got from Nastran was provided to ADAMS, and then established the rigid-flexible multi-body dynamics simulation model of hydraulic support for base flexible body. Analyzing the maximum Von Mises stress value, stress-time curve of each node and stress distribution of base under random load of hydraulic support, the larger stress regions were found. It has important significance for the hydraulic support design optimization and experimental research.
