摘要
将模糊PID控制与常规PID控制策略有机结合,设计了模糊PID自整定控制系统。在组态环境中采用仿真手段,利用Matlab软件提供的Simulink和Fuzzy工具箱对电液伺服控制系统进行建模与仿真分析,将结果发送到由IFIX组态软件生成的仿真界面。仿真结果表明:所设计的电液伺服控制系统具有编程简单、操作灵活、实现方便等特点,增强了系统的可靠性和适应性,提高了系统控制精度和鲁棒性。
Combining the fuzzy PID control with the conventional PID control strategy, the fuzzy PID self-tuning control system is designed. In the configuration of the environment by means of simulation, provided by the use of Matlab software Simulink and fuzzy toolbox of electro-hydraulic servo control system modeling and simulation analysis was carried out, the results are sent to the IFIX configuration software to generate the simulation interface. Simulation results show that the design of the electro-hydraulic servo control system with simple programming, flexible operation, is convenient wait for a characteristic, enhance the reliability and adaptability of the system, improve the control accuracy and robustness of the system.
