摘要 设计了一种超速自动保护的单轨吊制动车,对其核心单元进行了结构设计与选型计算,并运用Solid Works对制动摇臂、液压缸及弹簧座等关键部件进行了三维建模,并导入ANSYS Workbench进行有限元分析,得到了在最不利工况下的应力及变形云图。通过静力分析结果观察,设计安全可靠,效果良好,为单轨吊制动车的设计及应用提供了参考。 An automatic braking car for overspeed protection of monorail vehicle was designed. Structural design and calculation of its core unit were carried out. SolidWorks software was applied to build 3D model of braking arm, hydraulic cylinder and spring seat, which were imported into ANSYS Workbench to conduct finite element analysis. The stress and deformation cloud picture of these key components in the most adverse condition were obtained. The results show that the design is safe and reliable and provides a reference for design and application of the braking car for monorail vehicle.
