摘要
淮沪煤电丁集矿使用的SGZ900/1050型刮板输送机,在地面车间利用行车张紧链条,或在井下采用单体液压支柱张紧,都存在较大的安全隐患。专用紧链装置可以确保安装及使用过程中紧链安全。
The scraper conveyor SGZ900/1050 used in Dingji Coal Mine of Huaihu Coal and Electricity Co. , Ltd. has not chain tensioner, therefore, would face difficulty in assembly and operation. Developed a special safe tensioner to ensure safety in these processes.
