长江经济带旅游产业生态系统安全评估与安全格局研究

Safety Assessment and Security Pattern of Industrial Ecosystem of Tourism of the Yangtze River Economic Zone

文章在深入分析旅游产业生态系统构成的基础上,构建系统安全运行的评估体系,选取2005-2014年相关数据并利用熵值法确定权重,借助耦合函数全面衡量长江经济带旅游产业生态系统的运行状况,探究其安全格局。研究结果表明:长江经济带旅游产业生态系统耦合情况处于勉强协调和初级协调之间,旅游产业生态系统安全度较低。旅游活动"生产"的压力明显上涨,环境状态急剧恶化,而社会响应行为呈现"波动式"上升趋势。此外,长江经济带旅游产业生态系统安全格局主要表现为浙江、安徽、重庆、贵州和云南为系统风险缓解型区域,湖南属于系统风险加剧型区域,上海、江苏、江西、湖北和四川则属于风险反复型区域。最后,尝试提出保障旅游产业生态系统安全运行的相关建议。

On the basis of deep analysis of the structure of the industrial ecosystem of tourism, the paper constructs the evaluation system on the safety of industrial ecosystem of tourism, then the paper selects the data from 2005 to 2014 to make a comprehensive evaluation on the health of industrial ecosystem of tourism of the Yangtze River Economic Zone and to explore its security structure. The study shows that： The safety of industrial ecosystem of tourism of the Yangtze River Economic Zone is low and the ecosystem is between force coordina- tion and early coordination level. The paper finds that tourism activity is producing pressure and it has an obviously rising trend. This means that the sharp deterioration in the state of the environment and social behavior presents a ＂fluctuating＂ upward trend. In addition, according to the safety of industrial ecosystem of tourism of the Yangtze River Economic Zone, Zhejiang, Anhui, Chongqiug, Guizhou and Yunnan belong to system risk mitigation area. However, Hunan province belongs to system risk intensified area. Shanghai, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Hubei and Sichuan are risk repeated regions. Finally, the paper attempts to come up with some suggestions to ensure the safe operation of industrial ecosystem of tourism.
