The Path Choice of Township Government to Promote the Equalization of Public Services

推动城乡基本公共服务均等化,对保障和改善民生、缩小城乡差距、实现社会公平、建成全面小康社会具有重要意义。文章主要从乡镇政府公共服务供给现状出发,分析乡镇政府在推动公共服务均等化过程中存在的一些制度障碍和现实困境。在此基础上,提出推进城乡基本公共服务均等化过程中乡镇政府公共服务职能实现路径选择。

The equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas is of great significance for ensuring and improving people ＇ s livelihood, narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas, realizing social equity and building a moderately prosperous society in an allround way. This paper, mainly from the present situation of the supply of public services of township government, analyzes some institutional obstacles and practical difficulties in the process of township government to promote the equalization of public services. Accordingly, the paper puts forward the path choice of township government＇ s public service function in the process of promoting the equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas.
