法学教育职业化背景下诊所式教学模式探究

An Exploration of the Clinic Teaching Mode under the Background of Law Education Professionalization

法学教育职业化是高校法学教育发展的必然趋势,也是解决法学专业毕业生就业难问题的有效途径。诊所式法学教学是效仿医学院利用诊所培养实习生,以学生参加法律实务活动、直接面对当事人、承办真实案件为教学手段的教学模式。从法学教育职业化的视角出发,将诊所式法学教育和传统法学理论教学结合起来,应用于法学教育之中,是高校法学教育改革的必然趋势。

Law education professionalization is an inevitable trend in the development of legal education in colleges and universities, and also an effective way to solve the problem of law graduates＇ employment. The Clinic Law Teaching Mode has followed the interns training mode in medical colleges, where students take participate in legal practice activities, face the parties directly, and undertake the real case. From the perspective of legal education professionalization, this article explores the application of the clinic teaching mode in the law education in colleges and universities. It is an inevitable trend in the legal education reform to combine the Clinic Law Teaching Mode with traditional law theory teaching method and apply it to legal education.
