摘要 苏霍姆林斯基"个性全面和谐发展"的教育思想是一个内容非常丰富的教育思想体系。尤其是其主张通过培养学生的创造性思维和实际动手能力,使全体学生的个性都得到全面、和谐的发展,最终培养出真正适应社会发展所需的人的教育思想,在人才已成为一个国家最富竞争力资源的21世纪,对教育如何培养出社会发展真正所需要的合格人才,更有着重要的意义。 The harmonious development about "personality" of education thought of Su Huom linsky is a very rich education thought system. Especially its claims by cultivating students' creative thinking and practical ability, make all of the students' personality get comprehensive and harmonious development, finally cultivate real people meet the demand of social development education thought, which Claims that cultivating students' creative thinking and practical ability, make the students get all the personality comprehensive and harmonious development, make cultivating real people to meet the social development, talents has become the most competitive resources of a country in the 21st century ,it has the important significance for the education how to cultivate qualified talents for the social.
