摘要
由于变压器运行环境复杂,现有检修体系整体考虑不足,导致部分变压器投运不久便被更换,而状态较差的仍在运行,造成了一定的经济损失和安全隐患.为此,本文提出了变压器综合技术寿命评价方法,量化变压器对技改或大修的需求.变压器的综合技术寿命由3个分寿命构成,分别为自然寿命、评价损失寿命、累积损耗寿命,本文依据相关标准、规范和专家经验选取各分寿命的状态量,设置权重,据此进行寿命评价,并依据评价结果给出针对变压器的大修技改决策原则.以某地区110kV电力变压器的综合技术寿命评价为例,通过与以往大修技改方案的对比分析,发现本文提出的方案与其总体一致,并对少数个体的差异进行分析,结果表明综合技术寿命评价结果能量化变压器的健康状态,检修人员可根据评价结果制定更具针对性、科学性的大修技改方案.
Transformers work in complex environment and the present maintenance organization is not complete enough; so that several transformers is replaced after a few days' running; and several others are still running while their situations are not well. Some economic losses and safety problems caused by these conditions. For this reason, comprehensive technology of life model of transformers is proposed in this paper. Considering if the transformer needs to be technological renovation and major repairs or not, the model formed by three part:nature life,state evaluation loss of life and accumulation loss of life. Selecting state leap in accordance with the principle of materiality and setting up weighting. According to the life assessing result of transformers, the technological renovation and major repair strategy were made. Taking an example of the 110 kV power transformer in some city, according to the comparing with the present scheme, discovering that the repairs strategy referring in this paper is agreeable with the ones concluding by evaluation of status; but a few transformers are not. Analyzing the practice of these different ones, it is certified that the strategy putting forward by this paper can reflect the health condition of transformer well. The conclusion shows that the strategy made thought comprehensive technology of life model can be used as the assist technological renovation and major repairs measure, and the assist measure can be good consults for maintenance staff.
