职场负向行为的产生与应对

摘要 职场负向行为的存在对员工及企业都会造成巨大的伤害,在分析职场负向行为产生原因和A公司在运行中存在问题的基础上,从完善制度建设、加强公司文化建设、重塑良好的人际关系、规范员工行为等四个角度提出改善职场负向行为的应对措施。
