转基因植物乳杆菌对雌性大鼠生殖发育的影响

摘要 目的探讨转基因植物乳杆菌对连续传代雌性大鼠生殖发育的影响。方法将雌雄SD大鼠分组,6只雌性一笼,6只雄性一笼。对照组与实验组,分别为一笼雌和一笼雄。对4周龄SD大鼠进行灌胃,对照组予以非转基因植物乳杆菌,实验组予以转基因植物乳杆菌,连续灌胃4周后进行雌雄配对,对子一代、子二代、子三代进行同样的灌胃实验8周。比较两组雌性大鼠不同时间点身长、尾长、体质量、肛殖距、卵巢质量、激素水平。结果对照组与实验组子一代、子二代、子三代雌性大鼠灌胃同时间点比较,身长、尾长、体质量、肛殖距差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。无论是对照组还是实验组,灌胃同时间点子一代、子二代、子三代雌性大鼠身长、尾长、体质量、肛殖距均有不同程度的增加,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。子一代、子二代、子三代雌性大鼠比较,对照组与实验组初级卵泡、次级卵泡、黄体计数、雌二醇、孕酮、阴道开口时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。无论是对照组还是实验组,子一代、子二代、子三代雌性大鼠初级卵泡、次级卵泡、黄体计数、雌二醇、孕酮均有不同程度的增加,阴道开口时间均有不同程度的减少,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论转基因植物乳杆菌对连续传代雌性大鼠生殖发育无明显影响。 Objective To investigate the effect of genetically modified lactic acid bacteria on reproductive devel- opment of continuous passage female rats. Methods The male and female SD rats were grouped with equal number in genders (6 male rats and 6 female rats in each group). Subjects at 4 weeks old were intragastric administration with non - transgenic plant lactobacillus and transgenic plant lactobacillus in control group and experiment group, respectively. After 4 weeks of intragastric administration, male and female rats mated. The first generation, second generation and third gen- eration were treated with same intragastric administration for 8 weeks. At different time points, body length, tail length, body weight, anogenital distance, ovarian mass, hormone level were compared between the two groups. Results In first generation, second generation and third generation, there was no significant difference in body length, tail length, body weight, or anogenital distance between control group and experimental group ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; neither in primary follicle ; sec- ondary follicle, corpus count, estradiol, progesterone, or vaginal opening time ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion There is no negative effect on reoroductive develooment of geneticallv modified lactic acid bacteria in rats.
