针灸推拿加牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察 被引量:35

摘要 目的:观察腰椎间盘突出症应用中医针灸推拿加牵引的治疗效果。方法:选取2015年6月~2016年9月期间,在我院确诊为腰椎间盘突出症患者138例作为研究对象,采用随机分组方式分为实验组和对照组,每组各69例患者,实验组采用中医针灸、推拿加牵引的治疗方式,对照组仅采用中医针灸、推拿的方式治疗,每个疗程10天,两组患者均治疗两个疗程。疗程结束后,观察两组患者的治疗效果,并进行统计分析。结果:经过治疗后,通过对两组患者的疗效统计数据分析可知,实验组的治疗有效率(92.8%)高于对照组的治疗有效率(79.7%),两组治疗方式治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:腰椎间盘突出症应用中医针灸推拿加牵引的治疗方式效果较好,其治疗过程安全,且无毒副反应,是治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床效果较好的手段之一,值得在临床上推广及应用。 Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and massage combined with traction for lumbar disc herniation. Methods: From June 2015 to September 2016 in our hospital diagnosed as lumbar disc herniation in 138 patients as the research object, were randomly divided into experimental group and controlled group, 69 patients in each group, the experimental group used acupuncture, massage and traction treatment, the controlled group was only with acu- puncture and massage treatment, each course of 10 days, two groups were treated for two courses. After the course of treatment, the treatment effect of the two groups were observed, and the statistical analysis was performed. Results: After treatment, the curative effect of the two groups of patients with statistical data analysis, the treatment efficiency of the experimental group was (92. 8% ) higher than the treatment efficiency of the controlled group (79.7%), the difference of the effect of the two treatment way had significant differentce ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : It's better of using TCM acupuncture and massage and traction treatment to treat lumbar disc herniation, the treatment process is safe, with non-toxic side effects, is one of good methods for treatmenting disc herniation lumbar, it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
