镇静剂在颅脑创伤患者中应用的利弊

Pros and cons of sedatives use in traumatic brain injury patients

随着人们对镇静剂的认识不断完善,镇静剂在颅脑创伤中的应用逐渐普遍。镇静剂一方面可以降低颅内压、降低脑代谢水平、控制癫发作等,从而有利于颅脑创伤患者的恢复;另一方面镇静剂可能阻碍神经再生、修复等过程,从而影响预后。因此,本文就颅脑创伤患者镇静剂使用的利弊两方面做一简要综述。

Sedatives has become prevalent in the treatment of traumatic brain injury patients with the deepening understanding of sedatives.On the one hand,sedatives could decrease intracranial pressure,metabolic level and control seizures,which benefits rehabilitation; On the other hand,sedatives may interfere the process of neuroregeneration and repairing,leading to unsure prognosis.This review will focus on sedatives,the double-edged sword,in traumatic brain injury patients.
