摘要
界面流变是描述油水界面膜性质的重要参数,其通过改变油滴在油藏中的启动和聚并,最终影响三元复合体系的驱油效率。通过探讨三元复合驱油体系的界面流变性质量检测评价方法,并分别考察了聚合物、碱、表面活性剂对复合体系的界面流变性的影响。指出烷基苯磺酸盐的表面扩张模量随频率增大而增大,而相角随频率的增大而降低。烷基苯磺酸盐的表面扩张模量随浓度增大出现极大值,而后逐渐降低;相角随浓度增大出现极小值,而后逐渐增大。为使三元复合体系性能评价更加全面、准确,建议选用表面扩张模量和相角2个参数作为评价三元复合体系的界面流变性能指标。实验工作频率选0.1~0.2Hz作为质量检测技术指标;表面扩张相角小于45°。
The interfacial rheology is an important parameter to describe the interracial film properties, which can change the initiation and coalescence of oil droplets in the reservoir, and ultimately affects the oil displacement efficiency of ASP flooding system. Based on the study of the interracial rheology evaluation method of ASP flooding system, the effects of polymer, alkali and surfactant on the interracial rheological properties of the ASP flooding system were investigated. It is pointed out that, the surface dilational modulus of alkylbenzene sulfonate increases while the phase angle decreases with the increase of frequency; the surface dilational modulus of alkylbenzene sulfonate increases and then decreases gradually with the increase of the concentration, while the phase angle decreases and then increases gradually with the increase of its concentration. In order to make the performance evaluation of ASP system more comprehensive and accurate, it is suggested that the surface dilational modulus and the phase angle should be used to evaluate the interracial rheologi- eal properties of the composite system. The experimental frequency of 0.1-0.2 Hz is as the technical index of quality detection, and the surface expansion phase angle is less than 45°.
