钻遇大段泥岩水平井的完井技术对策 被引量:6

摘要 针对渤海S油田沙河街组水平井穿层较多,整体水平段砂泥岩比例不稳定、交互较多,造成防砂管柱下入困难、盲管配管较多以及投产后筛管堵塞严重的问题。通过采用钻井尾管悬挂器替代防砂管柱中的顶部封隔器、管外机械封隔器封堵气层技术、分段开采及控水技术、简易防砂管柱开关滑套冲洗等完井技术,实现了防砂管柱顺利到位、机械液压式管外封隔器+密封筒进行分层生产/卡水、封堵气层等,有效保证了水平井产量。 The horizontal wells in Shahejie formation of Bohai S oilfield pass through large segment of sand-shale interbed, its sand-to- shale ratio is unstable and there is frequent interaction between sandstone and mudstone, which causes sand control screen into well dif- ficultly, more number of blind pipes and serious clogging of sand control screen after production. For these reasons, a series of technical measures were taken to ensure the production of the horizontal wells, including to use tail pipe hanger instead of the packer at the top sand control screen, to use mechanical packers plugging gas layer, segmenting production and water control, to wash by using simple sand control pipe switch sliding sleeve, etc.
