摘要
针对钻井常用安全接头在使用过程中不易退扣、退扣后下接头不易打捞等缺点,研制了一种新型钻井用滑动式L型安全接头。介绍了滑动式L型安全接头的结构、原理及应用情况。滑动式L型安全接头在现场使用1只,累计倒扣12次,成功率100%,起出后经现场重新装配、更换限位销钉可以继续使用。结果表明,该安全接头结构合理、操作方便、安全可靠,能满足钻井现场施工要求,保证了安全接头的退扣成功率,在打捞、震击解卡等钻井作业中有广阔的应用前景。
In view of the shortcomings of the commonly used safety joint in drilling process, such as not easy to unscrew, and after unscrewing not easy to salvage the lower joint, a new type of L-shaped sliding safety joint is developed. The structure, principle and application of the new safety joint are introduced. A safety joint was used for debuckling 12 times, and its success rate is 100%. After replacing limit pin and reassembling, it can be reused. The application results show that, the safety joint has the advantages of reasonable structure, convenient operation, safety and reliability, it can meet the requirements of drilling site construction, to ensure the debuckling success rate of safety joint, and it has a wide application prospect in drilling operation, such as fishing, shock, etc..
