星状神经节阻滞对SD大鼠心肌组织EPI、NE、NPY及VIP的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨星状神经节阻滞对SD大鼠心肌组织肾上腺素(EPI)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、神经肽Y(NPY)和血管活性肠肽(VIP)的影响。方法:将24只8~10周龄、体重180~220 g的雄性SD大鼠采用随机数字表法随机分为3组,每组8只:手术对照组(C组)、左侧星状神经节阻滞组(LS组)、右侧星状神经节阻滞组(RS组)。大鼠腹腔内注射完成麻醉后,钝性分开左右胸头肌,沿食管旁找到星状神经节,埋管并缝皮,7 d后行星状神经节阻滞实验,给予0.25%的布比卡因0.15 ml每天2次,连续2周,观察是否出现霍纳综合征。实验结束后取出心脏,用ELISA法检测心肌组织中EPI、NE、NPY及VIP的浓度。结果:与C组相比,RS组和LS组EPI、NE、NPY及VIP值升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与LS组相比,RS组EPI、NE及NPY值升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:左右两侧星状神经节对心脏的交感神经支配区域不同,两侧星状神经节阻滞对SD大鼠心脏正性肌力作用的影响存在差异,其中右侧阻滞占优势地位,因此右侧星状神经节阻滞增强心功能的效果更佳。 Objective: To investigate the effects of stellate ganglion block on epinephrine (EPI), norepinephrine (NE), neuropeptide tyrosine (NPY) and vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) in myocardial tissue of SD rats. Methods: A total of 24 male SD rats aged 8 to 10 weeks old and weight 180 to 220 g were randomly divided into three groups including left stellate ganglion block group (group LS), right stellate ganglion block group (group RS) and control group (group C) . The left and right chest muscle were seperated bluntly after the anesthesia of rats by intraperitioneal injection. The stellate ganglion was found along the paraesophageal, then buried the pipe and sew the skin. The stellate ganglion block experiment was conducted after 7 days and the 0.25% bupivacaine was injected twice a day for two weeks. Homer' s syndrome was observed after stellate ganglion block experiment. After the successful establishment of stellate ganglion block model, heart of SD rats was isolated and the concentrations of EPI, NE, NPY, and VIP of the myocardial tissue were detected by ELISA. Results: Compared with group C, the concentrations of EPI, NE, NPY and VIP in group RS and group LS increased significantly (P〈0.05) . Compared with group LS, the concentrations of EPI, NE and NPY in group RS increased markedly (P〈0.05) . Conclusions: Both sides of stellate ganglion block have different effects on positive inotropic effect in SD rats because of the different area of sympathetic nerve innervation of the fight and left stellate ganglion. Due to the dominant position, the fight stellate ganglion block is better on enhancing the cardiac function.
