针灸、耳穴贴压治疗临界高血压临床疗效观察

Clinical Curative Effect of Acupuncture and Auricular Point Sticking in the Treatment of Borderline Hypertension

目的:观察针灸、耳穴贴压法治疗临界高血压患者临床疗效,为临界高血压治疗提供新思路。方法:选择首诊为临界高血压患者120例作为研究对象,所有患者经医师评估拟不采用药物治疗,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。2组患者均采用饮食控制、适当体育锻炼进行血压控制,观察组患者在此基础上,再应用针灸、耳穴贴压进行辅助控制血压。2组患者血压控制6个月后,回院测定血压,评价2组患者6个月时间血压控制效果。结果:2组患者入组前舒张压和收缩压比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组患者6个月后的血压比较,对照组舒张压和收缩压高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组57例患者中有15例患者血压结果诊断为高血压,需采用药物治疗,转高血压率为26.32%。观察组有4例血压测定结果诊断为高血压,转高血压率为6.78%,对照组转高血压率明显高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规饮食、运动方式进行血压管理的基础上,再予以针灸、耳穴贴压对临界高血压患者进行治疗,可有效控制患者血压,降低患者转为高血压的几率,具有较高的临床价值。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture and auricular point sticking therapy in the treatment of borderline hypertension and provide a new idea for the treatment of borderline hypertension. Methods： A total of 120 cases of first diagnosed patients with borderline hypertension in our hospital from Jan 2014 to Jun 2015 were enrolled and were divided into the control group and the observation group randomly, 60 cases in each group. Two groups of patients underwent diet control and proper physical exercise to control the blood pressure, while patients in the observation group were also treated by acupuncture and auricular point sticking. After 6 months, blood pressure of patients in both two groups was detected to evaluate the curative effect. Results： Blood pressure of patients in the two groups before treatment had no significant difference （P〉0.05）. After treatment for 6 months, the blood pressure in the observation group was significant lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The results also showed that 15 cases of patients in the control group were diagnosed as hypertension who need drug therapy, the conversion rate was 26.32% which was higher that 6.78% in the observation group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Base on the blood pressure control method of diet control and proper physical exercise, acupuncture and auricular point sticking can be used as auxiliary measures to control blood pressure of patients with borderline hypertension, which has a high clinical value,
