优质护理病房责任护士准入资格调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Primary Nurses Access Qualifications in High-quality Nursing Service Wards

目的:明确不同优质护理服务示范病区责任护士的准入资格,对责任护士岗位管理提出建议。方法:选取12个准入指标并运用层次分析法进行赋值。采用目的抽样法对某三级甲等综合性医院368名护理人员进行问卷调查。结果:优质护理病房责任护士准入指标平均(704.29±76.23)分,评分最高的前四项指标为:沟通能力、身体素质、评判性思维能力和专业知识技能。重症病区"专业知识技能"等4个指标评分高于其他病区(P<0.05),而"最低职称要求"等4个指标评分低于其他病区(P<0.05)。结论:责任护士准入基本条件应注重工作经验;对责任护士各方面能力要求全面;应进一步深化重症病区责任护士准入细则,加强准入培训与管理。

Objective： To investigate the access qualification of primary nurses in different high-quality nursing service wards and give the suggestions about post management of primary nurses. Methods： Twelve indicators of access qualifications were evaluated by using analytic hierarchy process. A total of 368 nurses were selected to conduct questionnaire survey. Results： The average total score of these indicators was 704.29 ±76.23. The top 4 scores of indicators were communicate ability, physical quality, critical thinking and professional knowledge and techniques. Scores of 4 indicators of primary nurses in ICU, such as professional knowledge and techniques, were higher than those in general wards （P〈0.05） , but scores of 4 indicators such as minimum professional title requirements were lower （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： The access qualification of primary nurses should include work experience and multitude of abilities for work. We should refine the access qualifications and strengthen the access training and management of primary nurses in ICU.
