微信互动平台干预护理对心脏瓣膜置换术后抗凝药物依从性的效果观察

Effect of WeChat Interactive Platform Intervention Nursing on Anticoagulant Drug Compliance Among Patients Undergoing Cardiac Valve Replacement

目的:探讨微信干预对心脏瓣膜置换术后患者抗凝知识教育及治疗依从性的影响。方法:将我科2014年1月至2015年12月行心脏瓣膜置换术的80例患者随机等分为试验组和对照组,对照组在围术期及出院后给予常规护理及出院指导,试验组在此基础增加微信互动平台护理服务,出院后l、3、6个月调查2组患者抗凝相关知识及服用抗凝药物的依从性。结果:试验组出院后SAQ评分在活动能力受限、心绞痛稳定、心绞痛发作、主观感受和治疗满意度五个维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组出院6个月的抗凝知识完全了解者所占的百分比均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组出院3个月治疗依从性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微信平台的互动干预可有效提高心脏瓣膜置换术后患者生活质量、抗凝知识的了解程度以及服药的依从性。

Objective： To investigate the effect of WeChat interactive platform intervention nursing on anticoagulation knowledge education and compliance of patients after cardiac valve replacement. Methods： A total of 80 patients underwent cardiac valve replacement from Jan 2014 to Dec 2015 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group was given routine nursing and discharge guidance at the perioperative period and after discharge, while in addition to the above, the experimental group was also given nursing intervention through WeChat interactive platform. The anticoagulation related knowledge and anticoagulant drug compliance between the two groups were evaluated at 1, 3, 6 months after discharge. Results： SAQ scores of activities of daily living, stable angina , anginapectoris, subjective feelings and treatment satisfaction in the experimental group after discharge were higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The percentage of fully understand the anticoagulation knowledge in the experimental group at 6 months after discharge was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）, and the anticoagulant drug compliance in the experiment group at 3 months after discharge was also significantly better than that in the control group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： The nursing intervention through WeChat interactive platform can effectively improve the quality of life in patients underwent cardiac valve replacement, enhance the understanding of anticoagulant knowledge and medication compliance, and enhance the medicine-taking compliance.
