摘要
有机碳(TOC)是页岩气勘探开发的重要基础指标,准确测定页岩中有机碳含量在页岩气开发过程中十分重要。采用岩石热解法测定页岩中有机碳,省略了复杂的加酸前处理过程,该方法采用固体粉末直接进样,操作简单、成本低、测量范围宽、分析精确度高,能够满足页岩中有机碳含量测定的分析要求。方法检出限(3 s)为:0.016%,精密度(RSD%,n=6)为:3.52%~6.27%。采用实验方法对国家一级标准物质GBW07301a、GBW07318、GBW07304a、GBW07360、GBW07406、GBW07424和GBW07457进行测定表明,其结果与标准值吻合。
Organic carbon is an important basis for exploration and development of shale gas. It is very important to accurately determine the organic carbon content during shale gas developing process. Determination of organic carbon in shale by rock pyrolysis may omit the complex acid pretreatment process. This method uses solid powder direct injection, it has many advantages, such as wide measuring range, simple operation, low cost and good sensitivity, so the method can meet the requirements for analyzing TOC in shale. The detection limit is 0.016% (3 s). The precision are 3.52%-6.27%(RSD%, n=6).In this paper, national standard materials GBW07301a, GBW07318, GBW07304a, GBW07360, GBW07406,GBW07424 and GBW07457 were determined by this method, the determined results were in good agreement with the standard values.
