摘要
建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定野菊花中绿原酸、黄芩苷、槲皮素和蒙花苷的含量。样品经过优化条件提取后,梯度洗脱条件下分离,二极管阵列检测器进行检测。4种药用成分在相应的范围内浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数(r)在0.998 5~0.999 8之间。平均回收率为84.4%~97.2,检出限为0.1~0.5 mg/L,相对标准偏差为4.88%~8.21%。该方法回收率高、精密度高、准确度高、重现性好,是测定野菊花中4种药用成分的有效方法。
A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method was established for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid, baicalin, quercetin and linarin in Chrysanthemum indicum. Samples were extracted with optimum conditions, then they were separated under the gradient elution conditions and finally detected by photodiode array detector. The results show that, four pharmaceutical components exhibits good liner relationship within the corresponding concentrations, correlation coefficient(r) is from 0.998 5 to 0.999 8. The average recoveries of four pharmaceutical components are 84.4%-97.2%, the limits of detection(LOD) of the method are 0.1-0.5 mg/L and the relative standard deviations(RSDs) are 4.88%-8.21%. So this method has high recovery, high precision, high accuracy, good reproducibility, and is suitable for determination of four pharmaceutical components in Chrysanthemum indicum.
