摘要
为提高架空输电线路抗风害能力,针对内蒙古东部地区架空输电线路杆塔风偏、导线磨损断股、光缆金具损坏等故障,分析原因为内蒙古东部地区常年季风较大,横风向线路较多,220kV输电线路干字形耐张塔抗风偏能力差,极易造成风偏故障;预绞式防振锤吸收能量性能较差、与导线接触部位握力不足、紧密度不够,极易造成导线磨损、防振锤锤头脱落;光缆与杆塔之间间隙过小、金具组合应力集中,易造成光缆及金具磨损。暴露出干字形耐张塔通用设计对抗风偏能力考虑不足,预绞式防振锤受力节点握力不足以及光缆设计风偏角较小、金具组合不符合要求等问题。为确保架空输电线路安全运行,提出了引流线加装重锤、跳线撑担,控制引流线与塔身距离;更换FR型防振锤、增加防振锤数量,加装护线条保护主导线,以充分吸收振动能量,防止磨损导线;改造光缆安装支架,改变光缆金具组合方式,防止光缆及其金具磨损等防风偏措施。
Analyzed the reason of the tower monsoon, wire wear broken stocks, cable damage of overhead transmissions line. The reason was that the annual monsoon was large in east Inner Mongolia, horizontal wind line was big, but the general design of 220 kV strain tower monsoon resistance was poor; the preliminary ground vibration hammer energy absorption performance was poor, the contact with the conductor lack of grip strength and tightness was not enough, the clearance between cable and tower was too small, the hardware combination of stress was too big. The problems of the low level of general design of monsoon of tension, the insufficient node grip strength of the pre-twisted vibration hammer, the small cable design wind, the unrequirement of hardware combination had been exposed. Put forward that drainaging line equipped with a heavy hammer, jumping line, replacing FR type vibration, increasing the quantity of vibration hammer,equipping convenient protection leading line, fiberging optic cable mounting bracket,changing cable hardware combination, to ensure the safe operation of overhead transmission lines.
