摘要
某电厂300MW循环流化床锅炉将炉内喷石灰石脱硫方式改造为炉外石膏湿法烟气脱硫方式后,轴流式引风机叶片调节滑块出现磨损情况。从叶片调节机构工作原理、引风机工作状态及叶片磨损机理等方面进行分析,认为脱硫改造后引风机出入口烟气差压大是造成滑块损坏的主要原因,并针对原因进行处理,处理后效果良好。
In a 300 MW power plant, after the limestone desulfurization in the furnace was transformed into the wet flue gas desulfurization by the outside of the circulating fluidized bed boiler, the damage of the wear of the slider of axial-flow fan blade occurred.From the analysis of the blade adjustment principle, mechanism of fan blade working state and wear mechanism, the author confirmed that the main reason for the damage of the slider was the large differential pressure between the inlet and outlet of the induced draft fan after the desulfurization transformation. The relative treatment made the unit running normally.
