摘要 内蒙古京泰发电有限责任公司2×300MW循环流化床锅炉播煤粉口经常由于堆积煤粉、煤泥导致高温烧损变形,进而造成附近浇注料脱落、水冷壁管裸露磨损,直接影响锅炉的安全稳定运行。针对播煤粉口烧损变形原因,提出在播煤粉口接入冷却风系统、在落煤管上加装空气炮及对播煤粉口结构进行改造的方案。改造后,落煤管堵煤次数明显降低,再未发生播煤粉口烧损变形现象,提高了机组运行的安全性。 In Inner Mongolia Jingtai Electric Power Generation Co.,Ltd., the pulverized coal feeder's exports of 2×300 MW CFB boilers were often be damaged and deformated under high temperature due to the accumulation of pulverized coal and coal slurry, which caused the nearby castable falling off, the water-wall tubes bared and worn out, directly affected the safe and stable operation of the boilers. According to the reason for the pulverized coal feeder's export burning and deformed, put forword the schemes of inserting the cooling air duct system to the pulverized coal feeder's export, installing the mounting air cannon on the coal dropping pipe, and the pulverized coal feeder's export. After the transformation, the number of coal plugging in the coal dropping pipe was obviously reduced, pulverized coal feeder's exports burning damage and deformation never happened again, and the operation safety of the units was improved.
